At KiDDARA, we aim to make every child’s experience joyful and safe.
🔄 الاستبدال | Exchange Policy
- تقدر تستبدل المنتج خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الشراء.
- You can exchange your product within 7 days from the purchase date.
حالات الاستبدال | Eligible Cases:
- وجود عيب في المنتج
- المنتج مختلف عن المتوقع
- Defective product
- Product not as expected
شروط الاستبدال | Conditions:
- المنتج يكون في حالته الأصلية
- غير مستخدم أو تالف
- معاه كل الملحقات والكرتونة الأصلية
- لازم تقديم فاتورة الشراء أو ملصق الشحن (Shipping Sticker)
- Product must be in original condition
- Not used or damaged
- Includes all accessories and original packaging
- Receipt or shipping sticker is required
💸 الاسترجاع | Return & Refund Policy
- تقدر ترجع المنتج خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الشراء واسترداد المبلغ.
- You can return your product within 7 days from the purchase date for a refund.
شروط الاسترجاع | Conditions:
- المنتج في حالته الأصلية
- غير مستخدم
- معاه كل الملحقات والكرتونة الأصلية
- لازم تقديم فاتورة الشراء أو ملصق الشحن

💰 استرداد الأموال | Refund Method
- يتم استرجاع المبلغ عن طريق:
- Refunds will be issued via:
- مدة استرداد الأموال: من 1 إلى 3 أيام عمل بعد استلام وفحص المنتج.
- Refund processing time: 1–3 business days after receiving and inspecting the product.

- لا يمكن استبدال أو استرجاع المنتجات التالفة بسبب سوء الاستخدام.
- Products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return or exchange.
- أي طلب خارج مدة 7 أيام لن يتم قبوله.
- Requests beyond 7 days will not be accepted.
- في حالة وجود عيب صناعي، تتحمل KiDDARA تكلفة الشحن.
- In case of manufacturing defects, KiDDARA covers shipping costs.
